Slow life in Tech: a guide to a fulfilling technology career

Slow life dla liderów technicznych

My return to content writing has been quite successful – so much so that I’ve figured out what I’ll be writing about in the near future (amazing).

The new installment of my newsletter is called:

Find the Balance: Thrive in Technology and Life
Slower but smarter: a guide to a fulfilling technology career

As individuals immersed in the technological swamp, we face daily the challenges of fast pace, constant change and tight deadlines. But have you ever wondered how a technological sprint affects your health, well-being and overall quality of life?

That is why I created this newsletter. I want this to be a source of inspiration to help you slow down and regain control of your own time and space – both in your professional and personal life.

What motivated me for such a topic? The professional burnout I’ve experienced in recent months, and the fact that a lot of my friends are also getting burned out at work, or pursuing burnout.

What can you find in “Slow life in Tech”?

  • Practical Tips: specific advice on minimalism, time management and habits you can implement right away.
  • Tools and Resources: apps, books and strategies to help you reduce stress and increase your productivity in a healthy way.
  • Personal Experiences: I will share my own insights and experiences on my way to a balanced life.

The newsletter will be for you if you are:

  • Product Owner who wants to develop his product effectively, but without burning out
  • A technical leader seeking a career-life balance,
  • Engineering manager who wants to introduce slow life principles to his team,
  • An entrepreneur for whom mental health and satisfaction are more important than a bag of cash

On the other hand, before we begin, I would like to be honest and open – this newsletter may not be for everyone. If you are a person who:

  • Above all, he values speed over quality,
  • He believes that the constant rush is integral to success,
  • She is not interested in reflecting more deeply on her lifestyle and work,
  • He seeks only technical updates and industry IT news with no personal dimension,

…it is possible that the content I will be sending will not meet your expectations.

I would like my newsletter to be an added value to your professional and private life, not another email that languishes unread in your inbox. Therefore, if you feel that this is not something you want to spend your time on right now – this is the perfect time to unsubscribe. No worries – I understand that each of us has different needs and priorities.

For those who stay – thank you! It will be a journey that I hope will bring us all peace, growth and a sense of fulfillment.

Below is a list of topics I will be writing about in the near future:

If you have any questions, suggestions, or want to share your story, go ahead and write! It is your experiences and feedback that will help shape the place.
